Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will organize and oversee clinical programs for Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association. This involves directly supervising and supporting home health care services, telehealth program, private duty service and community services. Using expansive clinical and managerial skills, the Clinical Director will ensure that programs and services comply with all regulatory and payer requirements, and are provided in accordance with best practices of care for the service line.

 

The Clinical Director will be responsible for establishing goals for program growth, along with annual plans and budgets, meeting staffing and staff retention plans, and evaluating overall performance of each program and staff performance, to meet and promote the organization’s standards of quality and its mission.

Community Liaison

KVNA’s Community Liaison will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with home care referral sources; consulting with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, social services, physicians and other providers for senior health care. Our Community Liaison will be responsible for participating in networking events to build awareness of the organization’s programs and services. The ideal candidate must be results driven with proven work experience in developing professional relationships to promote business growth. Private Duty Aide

Care for patients where they are most comfortable—at home. Seeking a kindhearted certified nursing assistant or personal care worker to provide outstanding patient care as a dependable team member. Hours include mornings, afternoons, early evenings and one weekend per month. Must be proficient in skills of basic patient care, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance, current CNA certification and CPR certification. Social Worker

6p-6a Correctional Health Nurse
