The Clinical Director will organize and oversee clinical programs for Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association. This involves directly supervising and supporting home health care services, telehealth program, private duty service and community services. Using expansive clinical and managerial skills, the Clinical Director will ensure that programs and services comply with all regulatory and payer requirements, and are provided in accordance with best practices of care for the service line.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for establishing goals for program growth, along with annual plans and budgets, meeting staffing and staff retention plans, and evaluating overall performance of each program and staff performance, to meet and promote the organization’s standards of quality and its mission.

KVNA’s Community Liaison will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with home care referral sources; consulting with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, social services, physicians and other providers for senior health care.
