KVNA is seeking a home care Clinical Manager to provide oversight, coordination and evaluation of the agency’s multidisciplinary clinical team with emphasis on delivery of high-quality care and services to patients entrusted to our care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Daily management of RNs, LPNs, therapists, social workers, aides, intake
Thorough knowledge of care planning process for home care patients
Clear understanding of regulations governing home care services and documentation
Structure new employee orientation and evaluation to ensure employee success and quality patient care
Lead interdisciplinary team meetings
Ability to work with leadership and billing department to ensure viability of the organization
Promotion of team environment
Participation in community groups to support care transition
- Registered nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in WI
- BSN degree required
- Two years management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home care
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- Current CPR certification
Certified Nursing Assistant
Care for patients where they are most comfortable—at home. The CNA provides individualized quality care to patients (bathing, grooming, personal care) and develops personal connections that support both patient and family. Care delivery primarily takes plan in the patient's home. Seeking a full-time compassionate certified nursing assistant to provide outstanding patient care as a dependable team member. Hours include mornings, afternoons, early evenings and one weekend per month. Duties include but are not limited to: light meal preparation, assistance with ADL's, light housekeeping.
Must be 18 years of age, proficient in skills of basic patient care, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance, current CNA certification and CPR certification, meet requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.

Night Shift Position. A correctional health nurse provides medical care to the incarcerated population of Kenosha County with respect for the varying cultures and diversity of the people served.
