Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will organize and oversee clinical programs for Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association. This involves directly supervising and supporting home health care services, telehealth program, private duty service and community services. Using expansive clinical and managerial skills, the Clinical Director will ensure that programs and services comply with all regulatory and payer requirements, and are provided in accordance with best practices of care for the service line.

 

The Clinical Director will be responsible for establishing goals for program growth, along with annual plans and budgets, meeting staffing and staff retention plans, and evaluating overall performance of each program and staff performance, to meet and promote the organization’s standards of quality and its mission.

Certified Nursing Assistant

Care for patients where they are most comfortable—at home.  The CNA provides individualized quality care to patients (bathing, grooming, personal care) and develops personal connections that support both patient and family.  Care delivery primarily takes plan in the patient's home.  Seeking a full-time compassionate certified nursing assistant to provide outstanding patient care as a dependable team member.  Hours include mornings, afternoons, early evenings and one weekend per month.  Duties include but are not limited to:  light meal preparation, assistance with ADL's, light housekeeping.  

Must be 18 years of age, proficient in skills of basic patient care, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance, current CNA certification and CPR certification, meet requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.

Social Worker

Correctional Health Nurse

A correctional health nurse provides medical care to the incarcerated population of Kenosha County with respect for the varying cultures and diversity of the people served.  Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse with strong communication skills and the ability to assess emergent/non-emergent needs of patients residing in the Kenosha County Jail and Kenosha County Detention Center.  Must have a current WI RN license, current CPR certification and successfully complete a background check.  New grads are encouraged to apply.
